Hunt the Front x Trading Paints Proving Grounds Official Rules

  1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Hunt the Front x Trading Paints Proving Grounds Challenge begins on June 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 27, 2026.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to individuals age 18 or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Void where prohibited by law.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

To enter:

  • Create a Dirt Late Model paint scheme featuring Hunt the Front and Trading Paints branding designed for use in iRacing
  • Upload the design to the Trading Paints Showroom.
  • Include #ProvingGrounds in the description.

Limit one entry per uploaded paint design. Multiple entries are permitted provided each submission is a unique original design.

  1. DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

Entries must:

  • Be original work created by the entrant.
  • Not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Not contain offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
  • Feature Hunt the Front and Trading Paints branding.

Trading Paints and Hunt the Front reserve the right to remove or disqualify any submission at their sole discretion.

  1. WINNER SELECTION

Grand Prize Winner:

Hunt the Front will review all eligible submissions and select one winner based on overall creativity, originality, visual appeal, and fit with the Hunt the Front brand.

Public favorites, likes, or engagement metrics will not determine the Grand Prize winner.

Top Community Favorites:

The three eligible submissions receiving the highest number of favorites in the Trading Paints Showroom at the close of the contest will receive merchandise prizes as determined by Trading Paints and Hunt the Front.

  1. GRAND PRIZE

The Grand Prize winner will:

  • Be contracted by Hunt the Front to collaborate on the design of a race wrap for an upcoming Hunt the Front Dirt Late Model entry.
  • Receive compensation directly from Hunt the Front under terms determined by Hunt the Front and the winner.
  • Receive public recognition as part of the project.

The submitted entry may serve as inspiration for the final race wrap but may be modified, revised, adapted, or combined with additional sponsor requirements, branding, production requirements, or creative direction.

No guarantee is made that the final race car, merchandise, die-cast, apparel, or other materials will exactly match the submitted design.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Entrants retain ownership of their submitted designs.

By entering, entrants grant Trading Paints and Hunt the Front a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, share, publish, and promote submitted entries in connection with the contest and related marketing activities.

The Grand Prize winner may be required to execute additional agreements with Hunt the Front regarding the final race wrap design and related work-for-hire arrangements.

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The selected winner will be contacted using the information associated with their Trading Paints account.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable period, declines the opportunity, or is determined to be ineligible, Hunt the Front may select an alternate winner.

  1. PUBLICITY

By entering, participants grant Trading Paints and Hunt the Front permission to use their name, username, likeness, submitted artwork, and related content for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Trading Paints and Hunt the Front are not responsible for technical failures, lost submissions, platform outages, or other events beyond their reasonable control that may affect participation or contest administration.

  1. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Trading Paints and Hunt the Front reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time if circumstances arise that compromise the integrity or intended operation of the promotion.

  1. NO AFFILIATION WITH INSTAGRAM OR EVENT ORGANIZERS
